    5. Rough Mechanicals (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage)
    6. Insulation
    7. Pre-Drywall Meeting with New Home Consultant and Construction Manager to ensure options are correct and to provide finish schedule
    8. Drywall Hang and Finish – Exterior finishes begin
    9. Wood Trim
    10. Paint
    11. Cabinets and Tile – Driveway poured and yard graded
    12. Closing Preparation - Within 45-60 days of closing and Holder Johnson Closing Department and Lender will call to confirm schedule
    13. Trade Trims (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, low voltage)
    14. Pre-carpet punch-out and paint – Landscaping Installed
    15. Carpet Installed
  4. Closing Process - approximately one week
    1. New Home Orientation – Meeting with Construction Manager at home one week prior to closing to familiarize Customer with systems and maintenance of their new home
    2. Sign-off Appointment – 24 hours prior to closing Customer meets with Construction Manager to ensure all items noted on Orientation are completed
    3. Closing – Customer closes with Clifford B. Newton, Attorney at Law

  5. Post Closing Process
    1. 30-Day Visit – Builder Representative visits home to ensure complete satisfaction after living in your new home
    2. 11-Month Visit- Builder Representative visits home to ensure all items covered in first year warranty are addressed
    3. Warranty – Holder Johnson’s One-year Warranty covers standard items, and the Homebuyers 2-10 Warranty covers systems for 2 years and structural for 10 years (http://www.2-10.com/Default.aspx?tabid=1053)
