    4. Pre-Construction Meeting with New Home Consultant and Construction Manager to review plans, homesite layout, options, and schedule

  3. Construction Process – approximately 150-180 days (depending on plan size)
    1. Pad built and slab formed
      1. Under slab Rough Plumbing
      2. Slab Poured
      3. Framing- includes windows and doors as well as roofing
      4. Rough Mechanicals (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage)
      5. Insulation
      6. Pre-Drywall Meeting with New Home Consultant and Construction Manager to ensure options are correct and to provide finish schedule
      7. Drywall Hang and Finish – Exterior finishes begin
      8. Wood Trim
      9. Paint
      10. Cabinets and Tile – Driveway poured and yard graded
      11. Closing Preparation - Within 45-60 days of closing and Holder Johnson Closing Department and Lender will call to confirm schedule
      12. Trade Trims (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, low voltage)
      13. Pre-carpet punch-out and paint – Landscaping Installed
      14. Carpet Installed

  4. Closing Process - approximately one week
    1. New Home Orientation – Meeting with Construction Manager at home one week prior to closing to familiarize Customer with systems and maintenance of their new home
    2. Sign-off Appointment – 24 hours prior to closing Customer meets with Construction Manager to ensure all items noted on Orientation are completed
    3. Closing – Customer closes with Clifford B. Newton, Attorney at Law

  5. Post Closing Process
    1. Warranty – Holder Johnson’s One-year Warranty covers standard items, and the Homebuyers 2-10 Warranty covers systems for 2 years and structural for 10 years
