Collection offers new designs, affordability to complement Heritage Collection
After nearly three years of successful business in Northeast Florida, Holder Johnson Homes is launching a new series of homes to complement their already popular Heritage Collection. The Discovery Collection boasts value-engineered designs with more affordable pricing and the same service that Holder Johnson Homes has built its reputation on.

The Discovery Collection offers six floorplans ranging from 2,104 square feet to over 3,240 square feet. In addition to the designs offered in the Heritage Collection, the floorplans in the Discovery Collection will be available in Las Calinas, Durbin Crossing and Aberdeen.

Durbin Crossing
Durbin Crossing, which has been recognized by Metrostudy as the top-selling community in St. Johns County, offers buyers everything that they seek, including master-planned amenities, strong sense of community and natural beauty. In Durbin Crossing, Holder Johnson offers homes in Crestwood Park and Saddlestone Park. Prices for designs in Holder Johnson’s two communities in Durbin Crossing start in the mid $200s. Saddlestone Park is also home to Holder Johnson’s model, the Dover, which is a favorite design in the Heritage Collection.
The Dover model is a beautiful 3,752 square foot, two-story, four bedroom, four bathroom plan featuring an optional bonus room and fifth bathroom. Aberdeen

The Ashford, with 2,644 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms, serves as the model for Holder Johnson at Aberdeen.
